This is pretty old news, but I haven't seen it posted here. Based on the image below, we've got throwbacks coming this fall.

Alt uniforms are silly. If we actually want an alternate uniform as a shock/marketing factor, then why not brown & white, pink & white, or just plain all white or all black without pinstriping, numbers or the red N?
That face looks familiar. Was he the guy that squealed like a pig in Deliverance?
Stay traditional like Alabama and USC unless you're going to go and target the youngsters for recruiting the rest is unnecessary. These throwbacks are for the alumni and fans more than it is for recruiting. Makes no sense.

Wear the ones we win in. Also have heard AD has the final say on alts so hopefully Dannen can get some good ones
I thought the 2013 with the red jersey and big black N was cool. They had the black helmets and red N as well. Or maybe they grew on me because I’ve seen them a gazillion times in college football 2014.
They can’t be alternate uni’s, there more like throw back’s.
Why are they gross? I like the numbers they just don’t have any stripes on them but neither did they have them from 1974-1983 of course you may not know any of this because your most likely half the age or younger than of myself..
Agreed. Alt uniforms are just attempts at getting fans who buy jerseys to now buy more jerseys. I like the throwback uniform concept more than the alt uniform "look how crazy this is" concept.
I too like the throwback numbers, would have looked better with the varsity strips of the shoulder pads look..
