From a fan point of view, I love that this is not anyone in particular's team. Team basketball is much more fun to watch and root for. Not that I know any of the players but I feel like I like each of them. This is not always the case when you have a superstar and a supporting cast.
But the question that still remains is do you need an alpha dog to win at a high level? If so, who is going to develop into the alpha dog for us?
