That Allen didn't get any significant minutes, I've already said this. It's actually what you have been replying to.
I was being a smart a**, Allen wasn’t getting minutes because he didn’t deserve them. What would he offer the team that justifies him playing meaningful minutes?
3 point baskets, I don't even want to hear about defense considering nobody could stop St Peter's.

He was 19 percent from 3 this year, he wouldn’t have been the answer. Kentucky was a level above where he would have been to begin with. Western is the level he should be at
We will never know, you can't give a guy 2 minutes a game tops and expect him to be on point 24/7 when the starters screw up all game long. It's called having a bench, something ccc deems unnecessary.
I’m not the biggest fan of cal but he sees Allen everyday in practice him not playing him should speak to what Allen really is

Name me one player in the bench this year that was better than what was starting. Toppin and Frederick are the only ones. Frederick was injured so he doesn’t count. Collins/Hopkins were not ready, slash inconsistent. Hopkins maybe should of gotten more run after the LSU game, but the starters and toppin were Kentuckys best players.
Like I said, none of them got any significant consistent minutes to ever know.
Hopkins is the only one who could have made a significant difference. Collins is way to skinny and awkward to make a difference yet.

I don't want them to play over anyone, just give them 5 minutes, it's literally the only way to know. Gotta get into a rythm and have confidence. CCC Just yells GOOOOO and benches them in 1 defensive possession. But the starters are getting crucified because the other team went to a 2/3 zone and we just pass it around the 3 point line looking like we have never played basketball before. Just mix things up a bit, but we all know that will never happen.
I’m mad at Cal too but DA isn’t dropping 60 on us ever. I doubt he even gets 15 unless he shoots out his *** for one game that year.
Calapari will shut it down so we can play butt state. So we will probably never know.
Western won’t be close to as good as last year and we ran them off the court. I wouldn’t worry even if we did because DA isn’t a hidden superstar.
I agree with this ^. He should want to beat Triple C and embarrass him. But the fans (myself included) for the most part wanted him to be great. He knows that.
If we were to play them, the scouting report would be to have his man take him to the basket over and over and over.. make sure to get a switch on him every play. Kid is a huge defensive liability and he had his chance. He should be happy he has a place to play and put UK behind him.
I’m a DA supporter but I wish he had this much confidence on the court. Pretty sure his mouth is writing checks his *** can’t cash. Getting pulled by Cal apparently made him forget every basketball skill he ever had. I wonder what will happen if Kentucky dunks on him? Will he immediately go apply for a job at McDonald’s?
Basically, DA was a little ***** and deserved what he got. The fans loved him but he turned on them. He can be angry at Calipari but he has NO reason to be bitter toward anyone else, and if he is, that’s his problem. He can get wrecked.
Pretty much the same ish was said about Juzang and Mathews. Allen had a good freshman season and was not given a fair opportunity last season even though our best shooter was out for the year.
I'll be very surprised if Allen and Hopkins aren't very productive at their new schools.

Juzang and mattehews are better than Allen is. Allen is at the right level now, western is a good spot for him
I never said they weren't! Allen played 10× better than either of them at UK though. Last year doesn't count because he had no defined role. Calipari sucks more than any UK coach I've ever seen at utilizing his bench.
Allen will have a good career at WKU. Is he a superstar? No. Is he better than he showed at UK? Yes. He never got a fair chance here.
