Guys I'm not saying this isnt a bad loss...

I'm saying we can recover from it. We went to a national championship as a 9 seed. I think it's an established fact through observation that we improve durastically over a lineage of a season more than any the other program. Not to mention the variables which include fan attendance for away games and how much opposing teams step up against us. This is their big game. Even if we lose, playing teams at their best will always make us better in the end.

We are absolutely fine.

We aren't "fine." We only have 4 guys who, at this point in their careers, are capable players. That's simply not enough. There is nothing to indicate Brooks, Whitney or Juzang will be contributors THIS year. It's just not going to happen. Sestina is always going to be awful on defense and soft on the boards. And every step forward E.J. takes, he follows up with 2 steps back.

If we were in the BIG3 league, we'd be a killer. Unfortunately, you need at least 5 in college basketball.

I think Juzang could be a contributor this year if he was allowed to play more mins. He actually has some basketball skills. Whitney is an athlete who was just bigger and stronger than his opponents up until now. Little skill.

Officiating screwed us, particularly in the first half, BUT we were also out hustled, out played, and out executed by a much lesser talented team. We gave up 56 points in the second half to a team that averages 61 per game. Unacceptable. We also went brain dead the last 4.1 seconds. You can’t get in the offensive player’s jock in that instance, but you’ve got to make him waste some time bringing the ball up the court. Horrible coaching and/or execution that allowed a buzzer beating shot.

Guys dont freakout.

Our team is getting better.

The refs were absolute dog ****.

Yes we should have beat them by 20.

We let up.

They got 740 and1 calls.

Worst over the back call ever.

We'll beat this team by 30 in rupp.

We all knew that was going to happen at the end.

We always have a mid season wake up call.

Again...its all good.

Go Cats.

Not worried. They steal games from us every year.. and there we are, generally making it past Kansas and Duke who get protected.

What sucks though.. is that this loss, the OSU loas, and other losses coming up, will keep us from a higher seed.

Pat’s call on Juzang on the loose ball when their dude feel was funny.

The 7 and ones with little to no contact were typical.
I thought the ncaa was stressing that the defender had a right to his position. Guess not when the crowd gets excited and wants a big basket.
