Jamire Calvin should get some kind of special recognition on the team. I remember Riley saying that he committed and decommitted three times. He finally signed with Washington State at the last minute.

Named a top four of Nebraska, Alabama, ND and Washington St in early December, commits to Oregon State out of the blue on January 7th, decommits on Jan 17th, commits to NU on Jan 27th, decommits Feb 1st then signs with Washington St.

Smaller slot kid who has caught 69 balls for 743 yards and 4 TD’s in 2 years under Leach, but now has a new coach. Think he would have had trouble playing over JD and Wandale here.

I saw this on the Yahoo homepage and thought it was an interesting exercise: Michigan Defensive "All-Decommit Team" 2010-2020.

Who would you put on the Nebraska "All-Decommit" Team? Not necessarily just defense or just the last decade; let's do all time and any position.

I remember on signing day, Riley said he had never had a kid commit to him three different times before (and he didn't even end up here).

Dt McDowell (2003) wasn't super highly ranked but looked like he could have fit into our system perfectly.

We really haven't had a ton of decommits that are program defining players for others so this topic is kind of tough.

We should do a all-criminal team instead.

This may have just been a rumor, but at the time I remember hearing how Travis played our coaches the entire time. Travis always knew he was going to OU, but stayed committed till the very end to screw us to purpose.

Maybe it was just sour grapes, but can anyone confirm?
