That isn't a knock against religion. It's simply the irony of someone who professes to be so faith driven, yet bails on a school at the last moment after the Rutgers staff did everything possible but bend over backwards to show he was viewed as a priority.

Hey, he can go wherever he wants, but I doubt this was in any way a case of guidance via "Divine intervention". -This was, I believe, purely a matter of Alex Barbir's own personal wishes.

Last year we were kicked the ball 65 times. We returned 51 one of them, IIRC we had at least 2 or 3 that were kicked out of bounds. So we didn't return approximately 20% of the kicks sent our way. That's a pretty low percentage to be considered constantly isn't it? Let's not forget our kick returner was pretty well respected so he was probably kicked away from more than most.

And for the record, he does not have an offer from Michigan. PSU had enough, pulled it and recruited another kicker. Spin it anyway you want. Those are the facts. We have a kicker who is a good kid. Chances are Nordin will not get a scholarship from UM. Therefore, he played a silly game and lost. UM was probably 1 and PSU 1a but in the end, he probably overplayed his hand and will settle.
