Good thing we have like 25 new WRs coming in, I'm sure we'll find at least one that can replace his 16 receptions and 0 TDs.
I thought it was possible. Probably the one (WR) I was most interested in seeing what happened with.

Brown seemed to have a lot of snaps without much production. Hard to know what to take from him leaving.

Don’t do that. It reeks of the **** the frosturbators cheered on. Same **** they did when Pelini’s dumb *** was shown the door. We literally had people in the fanbase trying to get players to leave.
It’s time to recognize that the players in the program that choose to put on that uniform, are Huskers. Doesn’t matter who’s calling the plays. All the other **** is weak sauce

I know Urban has his issues and people don’t like him… but he was spot on with this. Frost was a POS before he even got here.
I was thinking that Brown might actually be the one high school WR recruit of the seemingly gajillion that Frost brought in to actually finish his career at NU. Good think Zavier Betts is back to keep that hope alive
The team will have to go the "Moneyball" route and have eight or nine guys all combine to make up for his sixteen receptions.
I thought Anthony played a bunch at RT when it was apparent that Benhart was not very good there. Anthony was pretty underwhelming there if I remember right.
Hunter and Alante leaving didn't answer anything. Message boards are great for speculating what will happen next. All the post about scholarship numbers are really asking who people think we leave the team. Only person willing to speculate about how we get down to 85 seems to be Juan on Twitter.
It's going to be an interesting offseason.
Matt Rhule is getting paid really good money to figure out things like scholarship numbers. I'm pretty sure he knows what he is doing.
You still don't get it. Fans aren't doubting that we'll get down to the 85 limit because we all know it will happen. We want to speculate on which players other fans think will leave. Obviously not a need to know thing, it's just something to talk about.
If we always took the wait and see how things play out approach then there would be no reason for this type of message board.
Tackles left on the roster...Prochazka, Benhart, Hood, Corcoran (unless he plays guard), Miller? Perhaps some of the freshman recruits? Anyone else?
Biggest loss with Brown may be his leadership. But sounds like Kemp and maybe Fleeks can help fill in. Washington could maybe step up in that department.

Anthony isn’t a loss and it helps with future numbers..
Losing alante brown is a huge loss for the Huskers. Likely one of the starting WRs next season. Rhule needs to do a better job of keeping the best players on the team - just like Ernest Hausmann
Alante surprises me.
Wouldn't call it huge. He didn't even make it to spring to actually compete for a spot. I for one am happy there will actually be competition.
