Alabama's Sexton ineligible

Some recruitments we looked on and wondered why Cal didn't get involved? Here is another example of Cal knowing who to stay away from.
He was down to bama and Kansas. Hmmmm....
Notice he was very much involved with Kansas....
The way I read it is that he's ineligible until further notice. No time frame given.
ku is practically untouchable too. Self is the head of the college basketball coaches association. HE came out last week and said schools and coaches involved in wrong doings should come forth...i know the FBI is above and beyond the NCAA but something to think
about.

If there has ever been stronger evidence that we are doing all we can to stay above the filth it is how almost every recruit that comes up dirty, Cal either backed way off on or never got involved at all.
The NCAA doesn’t have the stones to call KU out. $$$$$$$$$$$$$
I was actually excited to see the kid play this year, was mighty impressive in the All-Star games. This is a blow for the SEC
I fully believe that Cal is sometimes made aware that some recruits have their hands out, or their parents do. The majority of coaches shut it down at that point. Obviously some don't.
Tough hit for Avery, but when you take chances like some of these coaches do, you have a chance to get your hand burned.
Obviously Kansas wasn't offering money hence the commitment to Alabama.

Cal knows he was already in unfortunate situations there won't be a third. If he found out an assistant were to do this he would fire them
Kinda bummed about this. He looked great in some of the all-star contests over the past year. Like Avery, Like Bama..

Bama paid more. KU was also involved with Ayton and landed Jackson. Cal didn't give them the time of day. I see why now. ..All signs point to KU being as dirty as they come

What the hells the deal with Ayton ? Of all the kids in this class he and Duval supposedly had the most red red flags . It appears both are going to be playing .
My boss is a Kansas fan and she told me she is a little nervous about all this stuff. Of course she also believes all schools provide some form of handout.
waiting on indictments on wednesday. Cant tell who the players are until the indictments come out. Thats how Sexton got canned. Wait alittle longer

He'll likely never play for Alabama. If a school declares a kid ineligible they can't reverse that on their own. The NCAA has to reinstate the kid. Problem is, how could the NCAA do that without fully investigating the circumstances. The NCAA just doesn't move that fast.
The problem with this case is the NCAA can't truly move on this case until the FBI finishes their part first and then releases the information over to the NCAA to do their investigation. This kid will never play basketball in College.
There were several red flags that came with multiple players but these two seemed to have the most,Duval's all disappeared when he went to Duke,it remains to be seen if they will remain hidden,his academics were questioned and his on court reputation of being a ball hog
Some questioned if Ayton would ever play a minute of college ball.
The season hasn't gotten off the ground and we see scandals all across the country.I wonder if a major school will play a player who is later implicated and declared ineligible,it could become a bigger mess than it already is.I don't understand how Arizona is not more effected than they seem to be
With this much money flying around it is hard to believe the kids/players aren't well aware of what is going on in their particular situation and taking/ getting benefit from it.
I feel bad for the kid at NC St but the ones whose family or handlers have their hand out not so much.

If Sexton took money he’s a blooming idiot. I mean, it’s stupid either way. But he’s a top 10 recruit and may have been a lottery pick. Now nobody will see him play for a year, he’ll be rusty and a huge unknown. He may have dropped his draft position 10-15 spots and cost himself millions.
It continues to prove that Calipari does it the right way. Almost all of these top recruits over the past few years that UK didn't even look at are ending up being questionable. KU really does take chances and I think Coach K better watch what Capel is doing, Duval and Bagley are two bad apples.
I believe in the old saying "what goes around comes around ". There is no doubt in my mind that Duke is dirty. I hope it comes to light soon. I know that are protected by the NCAA & ESPN but you don't cheat and get by with it for long. Duval & Bagley had a lot of red flags around them.
