*****Alabama @Kentucky Official Game Thread*****

[chroix]

Brutal sequence

[NociHTTP]

Getting tired of the Cal ball. These guys know Pope's offense. It's on him to address this. He keeps talking about it.

[katwest]

Alabama has just gotten lucky, those subs and freshmen hitting threes at this point, but couldn’t do it the other night. Not impressed, the iron won’t always be kind Oats.

[Soupbean]

Bama made all the plays we didn’t. Simple as that

[ukfan117]

No effort whatsoever to go after loose balls. We had plenty of chances to tie or take the lead only to falter in the end.

[Someguywhodoesntlikeyou]

I thought last years team was bad defensively.

[ukwildcat2004]

Brea was shoved into the cheerleaders after he blocked it. Foul? Absolutely not

[kydmb99_rivals103809]

Just a horrendous team defensively

[Cbbcrazy2]

Driving in the middle without a purpose and throwing passes to no one is not what we need Mr. Butler.

[nssdigitalchumps]

Butler just enjoyed watching that offensive rebound go away.

[ala_kat2]

Alabama getting all the loose balks and hitting all their wide open threes. Meanwhile we cannot get an open three. They are the better team today.

[TortElvisII]

Still think big runs are no big deal???

[TheBlueMist]

Lots to complain about with this game, but it ultimately comes down to Alabama being a better team and coming off a loss.

We'll be fine.

[RoyKent]

UK isn’t good enough to have a complete no show from Williams, Carr and Butler

[cats#1again]

Amari just standing there watching

[Boyd94]

Made 3 or a foul every time. Just can't get a stop.

[rick64]

And 1 for Butler!!

[*CatinIL*]

YES! Now hit the FT

[TheWyldKat_rivals45219]

Love this team but our lack of rebounding will be what ultimately takes us out of tuff games

But Bama blocks out better, 50/50 balls, ball movement but mainly EFFORT. Bama just wants it more.

Sux but maybe next years team will give effort on defense

[Dreklie]

what a ******* joke we are for the last 2 minutes, this game is done.

[OmahaCats]

All good. Fun game. There’s going to be lots of L’s in this league. No worries. Just get more W’s than L’s in this league is a success

[cats#1again]

UK isn’t good enough to have a complete no show from Williams, Carr and Butler

Butler? Wtf Butler has been awesome today

[fatguy87]

We had 4 key stops down the stretch and were unable to get any points out of them.

The last play, Robinson/Williams fail to execute on the oop on an otherwise good play. Pass was slightly off and so was the finish.

Bama player makes a bad play, gets stuck, fumbles but gets the ball back, Bama gets a 3.

That's practically a 5 point "luck of the bounce" play.

[DaDirtyLeb69]

The Youngblood guy hit 2 threes that killed kentucky

[mrjuk]

TWO HARD MINUTES GUYS! Come on

[OmahaCats]

All good

what a ****ing joke we are for the last 2 minutes, this game is done.

[RoyKent]

This team is absolutely horrendous defensively.

[richbrookstomato]

We don't grab enough 50/50 balls and it KILLS US!!!!

Bama just made the plays today and we ALLOWED them to.

Hope this helps us in the long run.

[Big BlueBeard]

Been nice if Amari and his 7” vertical could’ve finished that lob.

[fisherscatfan_rivals101526]

Part of the reason the guards cannot finish is the opposing bigs don’t have to worry about our bigs so they can freely leave them to stop the drive.

[DaDirtyLeb69]

Oweh your great but on that play your a fricking dumbass

[*CatinIL*]

**** **** **** ****!!!

[ukfan117]

The refs made some awful calls against us, but Kentucky gave this game to Alabama and we have to get stops here.

What a bs call

[Seth_C]

someone get him to a doctor since his legs don’t work.

[mrjuk]

FNG FLOP

[Bkocats]

Y’all have a good day
I know this place is gonna meltdown

Still love my coach and my team.

[permdaddy_rivals45705]

Tough loss! We can't lose another home game This has to be the one slip up.

[NociHTTP]

Awful defense.

[Blueworld_3.0]

Gotta play at least SOME defense. Williams trotting down the court is a big red flag he doesn't have a fire in his belly IMO. That's what you get with a cobbled together squad. Is what it is.

[RoyKent]

Butler? Wtf Butler has been awesome today

We will agree to disagree I guess
