Al Gore went too far!

[MedDawg]

For the first time ever, there might be snow on the ground in all 50 states.

[HammerOfTheDogs]

You did say all 50 states.

[msubullie4life]

Looks like the tallest peaks in Hawaii has some snow sprinkling.

Laughing Jesus say Algore is dense.</p>

[QuaoarsKing]

you have a relevant point there.

[dawgatUSM]

It is a very relevant point.

Pwnage from Al Gore.

[QuaoarsKing]

Conservatives (oddly, since climate should be a politically-neutral issue) try to claim every single cold day is "proof" that global warming isn't real.<div>
</div><div>I've rarely heard a liberal do the same thing with hot weather, maybe the occasional uninformed idiot, but certainly not Gore or any politician, scientist, or anyone with any notability.</div>

[VirgilCain]

I thought it was a conservative joke that began as a backlash/parody against all the bat-**** crazy hippies that tried to enlighten the world one person at a time after "An Inconvenient Truth" came out. For some reason, I specifically remember The Office making fun of the idiots using Nard-dog as the proponent for global warming saying on a sunny day "I bet it was supposed to be really cold today.'

[dawgatUSM]

The beginning years of this "debate", Gore used Temperature to support his whole argument. Well, the last 2 years or so we've lost every bit of "warming" that we ever gained in the last hundred years or so. Well, then, they say to themselves, "look, we're going to lose a lot of money if we keep with this 'warming' thing" So, then, they alter the debate to "climate". Ahh... now we got it. <div>
</div><div>I dont deny warming trends and cooling trends. I do deny that I'm causing it.</div>

[dbb49]

the difference between climate and weather.

[ShineOnYouCrazyBulldog]

how long has the Earth been around?

How long have we been tracking our weather?

When does weather become climate?

How does that big *** burning ball of hydrogen/helium factor in?

And I'm not a Republican, for what's that's worth.

[ShineOnYouCrazyBulldog]

anything like what I've seen in Jackson, MS the last 24 hours.

How does that relate to what you linked? Basically, how does one argue, for or against, global warming, based on those 2 events? One is pro GW and the other is against it. Is one more meaningful than the other?
