We had a discussion a few weeks ago on Growth vs Dividend earning stocks. I have been looking at some Dividend stocks since. One that pays out a hefty Dividend that is also currently a good buy is SOHO, Sotherly Hotels, Inc. I've bought a small lot, 300 shares in a DRIP, for fun.
