I'm just looking for opinions for anyone that has attended the Final Four and your recommendations on getting tickets. Obviously this will change should we not make it. I've never been to any tournament game before, is it better to purchase tickets now, the day of the game, through an online vendor or scalper at the stadium? Thanks in advance.

Always scalp. My dad and I went to Indy one year. He bought uppers from a scalper for a very fair and reasonable price. Turned around and traded with another scalper the 2 uppers and 125$ for 2 lowers. Long story short we sat 7 rows up center court.

Kansas and Michigan have large fan bases.

Duke’s got a bandwagon base, along with east coasters.

Gonzaga not so big.

Not sure about Villanova, but have to believe it’s primarily alumni.

I would think that you would be rewarded for waiting if you get Gonzaga, Villanova and Duke in the FF.

2011 (Houston) featured UK and 3 tiny fan bases. People had trouble giving tickets away just prior to tip-off.

Yeah Kansas is the big X factor right now. Nova people have money but there just aren't that many of them.

I went to New Orleans in 2012. Got tickets for Louisville and Kansas for $ 60 a piece on the street. Upper deck, but in a football stadium there will be empty seats. There will be thousands of tickets for sale on street.
