Rumor has been floating around that he had flu-like symptoms all last week.
Obviously cannot confirm but I did wonder during the game whether he was injured.

Hmm, not sure there are is active flu yet, not seeing it in our practice (in Lincoln) anyway

And half the time the shot isn’t very effective. They track flu patterns and create the strain they believe will hit the US, but it frequently misses the mark. Even if it doesn’t miss the mark it can lessen the severity, but it won’t prevent the flu, unless they nailed the strain of flu that hits the US.
