Curious, with the playoffs being pushed back a week, will the ADM's be released this week or next?

And will the playoff seedings in the west be released before the playoff seedings in the east? I need to know as soon as possible if we will be going to Winston Salem or cape hatteras for our game(s).

No the west will not be seeded earlier because some west teams (Sun Valley vs Marvin Ridge) aren't being played until 11/9, and you can't release the west before you know who all makes the playoffs in the east because that will affect where the east/west cutoff line is.

As a 3 seed out of the WMAC, you should get at least 1 home game. All the 1's will be seeded, then all the 2's, and then the 3's, and our conference is the only one that has an automatic bid for the 3 seed because we have 9 teams in the conference.

Would Erwin get 2 home games being 2 seed? That is if they win the first. Also if we lose to Tuscola will we still finish 2nd in the conference since we beat Asheville? This stuff always confuses me a little.

Because God forbid they give them to us earlier. I mean the hurricane and make up games have nothing to do with ADM's wonder why they won't publish them this week like normal.

Actually, it does. Per Que Tucker- Due to the aftermath of two hurricanes, there is no definite time when the ADMs will be released. Some schools are still opening up and since the ADMs are based on a certain amount of school days, these numbers will be delayed longer than usual.

I was under the impression the ADM's were based on the first couple weeks of school, which was prior to the hurricanes, that is why I said that, maybe I am wrong.

Aren't the ADM's due back in like early or mid Sept? Football season was almost halfway through the year when the first hurricane hit, I swear the ADM's were due prior to that, but again I could be wrong.

ADMs are based on first 10 days of school I believe. Hurricane should not really make any difference unless schools out east started late.

I thought that was the case as well, the hurricanes came long after the first 10 days. Teams had played 4 or 5 games when they hit.

Here in Craven County, they started school on the 27th of August.

August

29th
30th
31st

September
3rd- Holiday
4th
5th
6th
7th

11th- half day

Looks like that's exactly 10 full days of school before Hurricane Florence.

They had an article in the citizen times today stating that if Tuscola beats Erwin, and Asheville wins, it would be a three way tie for second and drawing out of a hat or coin flip to determine seedings, which is gross, but thats how they do things.

If Erwin wins, they will be the #2 from our conference, and that combined with a 9-1 record they should get at least 2 home games. They should be seeded as the top #2 team from a conference, which based on last years ADM's they should be around a 4 or 5 seed. Just my guess though.

I would assume that the ADM's were not compiled by many schools prior to the hurricane. As usual, the schools probably put that task off until the week it is due. And with all the delays down east the schools have more pressing issues than compiling and reporting ADM's. Procrastination by some schools is probably the issue.
