Add All to Apple Wallet - Tech Question

I like to think that I'm fairly knowledgable about the tech I own, but this one is giving me trouble. In the HailState app when I go to download my tickets I have the option to "Add All to Apple Wallet" when I tap that it downloads a .pkpass file but doesn't add it to my Apple Wallet and I can't find any way to load it into the wallet. What I'm doing wrong here? The single tickets load in just fine when done individually.

Have you checked your downloads folder?

The Passbook app is the Wallet app now, Apple renamed it a year or so ago. I think the issue is that the file from the HailState app has the wrong extension on it. It's listed as .pkpasses instead of .pkpass so the app doesn't recognize it.

Oooof. It definitely seems like a site issue.

Only thing I could think of is to connect your phone to your computer and update the file extension, if possible.
