That reads to me like Ed is out of the running. It clearly says the two best candidates after Ed are still on the board. If Ed we’re going to be offered the job and if Ed was going to say yes, what difference would it make what the next two candidates were doing or if they were available?

True, also not sure I would want the company representing me, or that I am paying for their expertise, letting their 200 followers know that my company has been turned down by anyone at this juncture. Yeah, Adam McClintock being a managing partner in matrix analytical solutions makes it a fake company. Some of you guys must post when drunk.
Real or fake is irrelevant to me. As far as I can tell this McClintock guy is nothing but a science and math geek and Dave Bartoo is just a shameless self promoter. I don’t think either of their backgrounds would make me want to believe they are anything other than what they are. But if you’re about it, be about it

I follow Adam on Twitter and I always thought his company was a sports betting company. They use analytics to make lines and pick winners. Not the kind of guys that usually have the inside scoop on AD hires.
I wouldn’t necessarily think so. He didn’t hire Frost and if it’s his show now, he may have different views. I do think his view of Frost and the football program will be huge part of the decision.
Colorado was supposed to be beachfront about 10 yr ago. Even with that dire prediction Fat Al and Barry Hussein each bought coastal properties. Strange….

Calling people morons on message boards never looks good...unless they're an Iowa fan. Relax. They'll hire who they hire and we have nothing to say about it. I don't buy that any media people have any real idea who it will be. The one guy or two guys who know aren't talking to anybody let alone media types.
I wouldn't say safer necessarily. I believe Frost has two years to put a very good team on the field, and my expectations are lower. I'm talking eight or nine wins as a stepping stool. If the fans and boosters get restless enough, a change would have to be made and the ADs hand would be forced. Enough time is enough time.
