Murray, historic run so far, and I hate the Lakers even though I like LeBron and AD.

Jokic’s personality cracks me up too, he is such a workman who just happens to be an amazing passer and all-a-rounder.

There should be no question at all about this. Unless someone's petty hatred for Lebron outweighs their common sense, it has to be AD.

Jamal Murray is a great player...surprisingly to me. But AD is our "Michael Jordan." He will soon be the marquis player on the league's most glamour franchise. He's commonly considered one of the best 3-5 players in the NBA. If the Lakers don't make the finals, and even if they don't win it all, he will take much of the heat for it, fairly or not.

He needs a championship to solidify his status as an all-time great. You could argue that if it doesn't happen this year, there's a chance it might not happen at all.

Give me Murray and the rag tag Nuggets over the Lakers. AD is nice and all, but he's never carried a team in the playoffs like Murray did against the Jazz. He's also not had the kind of series that Murray just had against the Clippers.

AD doesn't have enough dog in him to be the man. He'll always need an alpha beside him, like Giannis does. Murray is turning himself into an alpha (much like Bam is doing in Miami).

Part of that is that AD doesn't have to carry the Lakers because of Lebron. Murray HAS to carry the Nugs. There is nobody else on that team that is going to put up 40 points per game. I hate to see either not get a ring because I feel like all of our guys that are still in it deserve one, but it is hard to argue that AD is not the most deserving based on what he did for UK.

AD by a molecule. BUT I really, really, really, want Bam to keep slappin the puke out of that super star who ESPN claims walks on water TATUM Really rooting for Miami.
This! The worst scenario BY FAR is the Celtics reaching the finals and winning it all with Tatum leading the charge. The Dookies and ESPN will never shut up about it.

The Nuggets are only rag-tag if you don't follow basketball. Take Murray off the Nuggets and Davis off any of his New Orleans squads and Denver wins like 80 out of 100 games, especially if you grant them a healthy Will Barton.

Davis has never had a series like Murray because his team didn't win them, not because Davis wasn't as good as Murray. He posted 32/12/3 blocks on 55% shooting against the Warriors when he was Murray's age. They got swept. He posted 47/10/3 to eliminate Portland a couple years ago but then they got bounced by Golden State again.

Give him the supporting cast Murray has this year and he might already have a ring (though it's hard to go through Bron or the Warriors)

I would go with Davis,

Davis is older and Nuggets should get a lot better next year or year after with progression of Michael Porter, and few other vital pieces.

Ahhhhhhh I don't know. I would have said yes a year ago. Yes, AD is better. Yes, he's the face of UK right now. ANd he's played GREAT basketball in this bubble. But it's still Lebron's team.

How soon *could* Jamal Murray wind up better than AD? How long before injuries and wear and tear reduce AD?

Hey for me, either is a win. That's how it should be looked at. But IDK, I might take Murray here. He has more years ahead of him and this is HIS team.

Are the nuggets Murray’s team or Jokic’s? Jokic seems like the better player to me.

Clearly they are Jokic’s team. As great as Murray has been, everything flows through Jokic. With Murray putting up 40 last night, the most dominant player was still Jokic.
