Yep, he is a Tebow clone. Looks like our recruiting problems didn't last long. Lol. Looks like Mullen and the dawgs are here to stay and ain't going nowhere but to sustained winning.

Just think about this, there will come a time in the not so distant future, where most every starter on the field will have been ranked a 4 or 5 star recruit on one of the sites. Mullen is building a sustained winner. The stadium expansion will only add to it.

I have been to the last two insurance day at state and after listening to him speak both times, he is not going to up and go just any where. I have heard him speak at other places and at those he is trying to fire up the crowd but at insurance day you have a mix group of football fans and insurance officials. It's just a little different. More like he is being real. I really think that both he and his wife likes it here. He said that he really likes the weather and the people. He can stay at Miss State make 2 to 3 million a year for as long as he wants. It's not like we have had a lot of different football coaches over the years. We tend to keep them. Sometimes however such as Crooms case we shoot ourselves in the foot.

TSUN is now the only SEC West school without a 4 star QB commit. Would you rather have a QB from Jackson Prep or the from the best team in Florida? Nothing against the kid, and he may be great, but I am taking the latter.

I think your talking about #1 or #23...

EDIT: Unless your talking about his soph video, in which case I'm not sure...but the kid would already be in college somewhere most likely

Regardless he should contribute right away. I'm sure Mullen already has packages drawn up featuring either Dak or Cord at QB and the other at H back. That'd be an opposition's nightmare, especially because Dak looks like he could behead someone with a hit. Big dude.

I'm not happy with a "pass only" type if QB (i.e Russell). It doesn't fit our scheme or the type of team Mullen's recruited thus far. I would rather him (@%$) go & nab his "type" of QB (dual threat) than alter our offensive philosophy. Our offense as long as Mullen's our coach'll be what it was w/ Relf with (hopefully) better execution. This kid fits the bill. As does Dak, Nick S as well. Great not good pick up for us!

we had 7 on 7's @ Starkville High yesterday & along w/ our team & SHS was Noxubee County, W. Lowndes, Columbus & West Point. Noxubee had a OLB I believe #26 out there that looked absolutely awesome! When we went trips on his side our slot couldn't get away from him in coverage. Our slot isn't some JV slouch either. He picked off our QB twice too. Kid's a STUD! He did the same thing to WP & Columbus as well. I didn't see what he did to SHS they were on another field. But Columbus has even gone "quads" & it didn't slow him down a bit. He had batted balls ALL day! And Caleb Wilson looked pretty good too. Sorry didn't mean to thread jack.
