I highly doubt WV plays Pitt every year.
From what I have heard is WV would rather rotate their schedule and play as many teams for recruiting purposes.
WV can recruit Western PA without Pitt and truthfully the Backyard belongs to Penn State now.
Think if anything WV should play Penn State as many times as possible.

What is the benefit.
They played Tennessee last year and the game was put on CBS and Drew a huge rating.
Do you really think a game between Pitt would equal that rating.
The game vs Pitt is going to be put on a secondary channel.
Probably FS1 for the one in Morgantown.
