TJ also last minute thought there was a shot with Barrett at the end — when clearly there wasn’t. Also, all due respect — but would a manger be THAT in the know? Maybe so.

Not saying UK will get him — but, I was honestly just wondering..

I agree.. but I still don't think it matters.. The NCAA and SEC Officials will find a way to give the other team a chance. If he's truly unguardable 95% of the time, teams won't be able to beat us, because we'll have shooters on the wings ready to go when the defense sags on him.

They tried this with all of our bigs.. they let the other teams basically abuse them when they were on offense, but when our guys played D, they couldn't sneeze on the opposing team..

It will happen with Zion, mark my words. Still think we'll win lots of games.. but he's going to get whistled for so many charges. I feel bad for him in that sense.

PREDICTION: Kentucky. “I don’t think it's Clemson; I think it is Kentucky. I don’t know if they are still in the mix, but for some reason I think it is Kentucky.”

Someone from Duke or UNC so it looks like another miss by Cal when he picks Clemson "out of the blue" with us as the supposed favorite in their opinion. Most everyone else believes Clemson is the favorite. Just another way to try to negatively recruit against us.

TJ was also the ONLY one saying UK would land Knox. And yes, that manager knows more than you or I. But believe what you want. Zion won't be at UK unless he shocks the world.

The guys at Duke talk much more than the guys at UNC .... but yeah its one of those two school's assistant that talked .... but the odds are the chatty kathy's at Duke are the ones.

I know TJ said that he felt good about Knox — but wasn’t it even a surprise to Cal when he committed? I’ll ask it this way: with the manager saying that — does that mean we’re out of it or just that UK nor anyone really knows?

Zion has not given them any indication that he'll be attending UK next season.

Look, it's not hard to put together. The UK staff was surprised by his announcement date (they thought he wouldn't decide until March). Everyone is saying Clemson. His step-dad wants him to go there as well as there has been a lot of anti-UK people around Zion . He's also announcing on his mother's b-day, the same mother who wants him close to home for college. How many other signs need to point to UK not being the choice?

I want Zion in blue next year, but I just don't see it.

Which SUCKS cause he seemed like a lock at first.

Why would he want to be on a competing network that would take away from a number of viewers that would watch his announcement? I probably won't even watch it now personally and will just wait for tweets about it to come across my phone. If you want it to be bigger, you do it on the pregame show for ESPN Gameday where one of your final choices is playing and will guarantee hundreds of thousands of viewers. This announcement time just makes no sense no matter who he picks. Unless he is doing it out of respect and to not do something negative right before our game on the same network.
