A word about the flood victims.

I can't help but feel a little guilty that I will get to enjoy another week of the game we all love, while the poor folks along the Gulf endure their special hell.

I keep coming back to the fact that they are ordinary people, not unlike you and I, but their lives are irrevocably changed forever.

May we all just pause once in awhile and remember these victims in our prayers.

Well said DP. My heart breaks for the victims of this horrible flood. How your life can change in the blink of an eye! We take our lives and circumstances for granted thinking it can never happen to us. I'm sure they felt the same way. Many prayers for these dear people.

It is my opinion that the only State (Commonwealth...) that evokes more native pride in its citizens than Virginia is Texas.

Texas will be back stronger than ever quicker than most states!
