A story and a pep talk.

Recently my Father died. He was the real John Wayne. Looked like him, talked like him and lived larger than life. He was a Marine, a war hero and a great man. That’s the story. Here’s the pep talk.

In my sorrow, Preps friends were with me. Many of you who I have befriended over the years (who knew) were there for me and showed goodness, character and grace that humbled me.

Thank you, you are amazing human beings and I’d die on the hill you choose!

Seadog28 I'm sorry to hear about your dad. You bring up a great thing about NCPreps. It's a great place to be able to make new friends from other places. I too have made several friends here I have been lucky to meet at games. It speaks well for this place that they have been there for you in this very difficult time.
