How about this site make a new, loosely moderated political page. Years ago another site had "The Soapbox". It allowed the ones that could not control their urges a place to bloviate to their heart's content.

That, or serious time outs to many otherwise substantive posters that cannot control the urge.

I got a month for merely calling HTO a bad, though accurate, name in a thread devoted to where he was.

Please either enforce the political rules, and stop this adulteration of football threads, or just let us loose.

Again, my proposal is to create a political forum not for the weak of heart.

I can tell you we have a basketball forum and hardly anyone visits.. we have a Baseball forum more people respond.. We have these forums and nobody uses them and all the posts go on the main board..

But everyone and there brother start threads about basketball or baseball on the Husker board and don’t bother to post accordingly, so what good would another forum do when nobody follows and posts on the boards they should in the very first place.

Why even bring HTO into this. That was lame. Like Mike said earlier. These threads will go away.
