Bottom line: there’s not much more you could ask of them. 41-3 at half. We look like a real team. Will it be tougher against better teams? Of course. But all that 3-9 talk is looking pretty stupid right about now.
There is nothing. And I mean nothing you can take away from this game tonight. This is pretty much a good high school team. We know nothing till after next week.

Absolutely you can. Take our best teams ever, how did we look against cupcakes, even swac teams... Never this good.

Everyone’s favorite coach Dan Mullen often struggled against crappy non conference opponents. Remember we trailed UMass at halftime two years in a row.

I keep hearing all these announcers saying that K1 is our highest rated QB ever. I'm guessing that's just based on the star ratings that we didn't start seeing until the late 90's, early 2000's. However, based on the hype the highest rated QB recruit we ever had was Rodney Hudson out of LaGrange, GA in around 91 or 92 in the JWS years. Kid never panned out.
