I’m not a big NBA fan either but there are guys most people don’t know on many rosters who only get in situationally but service a purpose in certain match ups.

Yea but getting guys drafted helps recruiting which helps the RU program. Having players get drafted is good for RU even if you don't care about the NBA

There are ways they can potentially work on the whole new entry way if that is going to be on the parking lot side without affecting the actual structure so this is all hearsay as to what will occur and at minimum as many have said we are at least 2 years away from actual construction and probably more especially if they want to do the football project no way these both can happen at once unless all of a sudden a sugar daddy appears with about 200-250 million

Agreed. Have been involved in several building renovation designs (and constructions) in the corporate world and there are many ways to parcel out the work in creative ways to greatly minimize building downtime, although it can add to the price, which might not be an option. One could imagine doing all of the arena-related renovation work (seating, boxes, etc.) in one 8-month period and then doing all of the concourse/external work in a 2nd 8-month period - or even just carve out a 2-month window for the B1G home season and do the work around that.
