A few game thoughts

When Garrison hit the two threes it seemed like the team started playing with more energy. Why not play that way the entire game?
Unrelated, good chance McMahon gets canned. If so, and Mackinnon hits the portal he'd be a decent get. Can hit threes and score at the basket.

He has good moves and can hit the three and is way more of a complete basketball player than many of our guys.Too bad he’s a senior.

I thought we started out playing pretty good, but as the game progressed Oweh and Aberdeen went into hyper ball hog mode.
For this reason, I really don’t think that we’re gonna win too much more. Both of these guys needed to be benched.
When you have as many scoring options as we do on this team, 19 or 20 shots is too much for one guy, unless they are just hot. These guys weren’t.

That’s a stretch. We can’t guard. Our offense was good most of the game.

But it was against a 3 win team.

It was a very good sign to have only 5 turnovers. If we can do that tomorrow we win.

A lot of us fans just think these guys are here for the money and a quick pass through to their next stop, but the reality is, they really do want to win, probably more than we want them to win.
So when the game is up in the air and the opponent is gaining momentum, these kids get tight and play tight. So when someone finally does what Garrison did, they can all breathe and play loose.

I can't wait till we fire his analytic *** because his analytic numbers ain't good as a coach.

I'm pretty convinced other coaches could have got more out of this team this year.
