Yeah, another Lamont thread. Deal with it.

IF we pick up another win this season, that will make Lamont's conference record in 3 of his 4 seasons here 9-45.

Especially galling considering he wasn't handed a pile of garbage from Frank Martin. We weren't in the best shape, but we were FAR from a 9-45 conference team.

9-45. It almost seems like a made-up record. It's comically absurd.

How bad are those 3 seasons? Even when you add in the NCAAT season conference record of 13-5, his conference record is 22-50 (again, assuming another win this season).

Nice to know he's in your head every waking moment of your day 🤣

Maybe, we could eek out a win over MSU, after that I don't see much of a chance of beating any of the following:
Kentucky
UGA
Tenn
Ole Miss

MSU, UGA and Ole Miss are likely the only conceivable "winnable" games. Ole Miss is pretty terrible this year. That's on the road. MSU isn't very good, but not awful. We get them at home. Maybe? I could easily see us losing out, but I'm assuming we'll pick up a win somewhere.

Im struggling to gage your true feelings on Paris, @18IsTheMan .

I feel compelled to reiterate my position as there are a few posters who maintain that Paris can "obviously" coach and just needs more NIL. Those claims that he can coach are never supported with any evidence. I suppose it's self-evident?

I think that may have been argued before this season, but I cant imagine too many are sticking to that now.

I take the silence as evidence of that.

Someone said it on here just this week.

Maybe it was sarcasm.

At this point in time, IMHO, it will not matter, who or if there is a team, that a possible victory can be secured from.
We might as well start a betting pool to see how long Paris is around after the last game. :(

Actually Martin left him a mess. Frank didn’t get let go cause the team was good. Then even the decent players transferred out .

But basketball is the easiest to turn around quickly

Whatever he inherited, it's 100X worse now.

I said he could coach, not get blood from a turnip.

Ordinarily I'd say that is unsustainable, but I'm not sure our leadership is thinking that way.
