Rosters turning over at 40 percent rates or more. Money being tossed around like chips at a kids birthday party.
Recruiting? A joke. Why waste time chasing down unproven prospects when you can just raid another team? After all, those other teams will be coming after your best guys.
Staffs are eating up more dollars. You need all the same people, plus more administrators to manage contracts, payrolls, etc. that the NFL has had for decades.
Bowl games are going to die. Why watch a team play someone with their best players opting out, no playoff at risk, and many coaches switching teams weeks before the games are played?
