I love it and agree that RHJ is playing at an AA level. Ron in the post game presser talked about looking at a lot of film over the summer and realized he was forcing a lot of things last year. Really shows this year that he’s smoother and more efficient on offense.
I really didn't think I would get to see success and accolades like this; certainly not four years removed from being one of the worst teams in the country.

That's a good point. He really could have become frustrated during the first half yesterday, but he didn't and it did not carry over to the second half.
It really is hard to believe. I have had season tickets for 25 years and it was sad to not look forward to going to games anymore during that dark period before Pike.
Remember, Pike surrounds himself with a top, top coaching staff. Coaches Hobbs, Knight and Shoes are the 'real deal' along with Pike. Plus we're seeing the benefits if the new practice facility as well.
This guy literally has us a 1 seed in his current bracket.
Like we saw with Baylor after their murder scandal, all it takes is the right Coach and commitment from the school.
It's a long way to go, but the way we are playing, Final 4 is not a crazy thought. I just hope the kids stay humble. It's tough to not let this stuff get in their heads.
You know, after watching enough of the pressers I don't get the sense the kids are focused on rankings and the hype....It appears to be a perfect storm of the fact that they didn't like getting the tourney (B1G or NCAA) ripped from them the way it did and they're just focused focused focused!
They definitely take on the personality of their Coach and stay humble but HUNGRY!
