I know the playoffs are still hanging in the balance for some and the classes are not officially set, but is there anyone in 7a that can take down Rice? They seemed poised to bring back the trophy to Pulaski unless I am missing someone in 7a that can beat them.

*I also know that anyone can lose on any given day. I am just asking, if there is anyone on paper that really can or should beat Rice. They seem to be the clear favorite.

IMO, they are the heavy favorites but GW, LWW, LWC, STCN, DGN, Batavia, Carmel to name a few will present some challenges. FYI, teams are from projected bracket from wildkit_fan.

I appreciate responses thus far. I have watched this Rice team vs the best of the best in CCL and I just can't see them being underdogs in any of the matchups in 7a currently, so I thought I would see what the masses thought

They played well against MC but don’t really have any quality wins. Their defensive line is amazing but do they have the offense to put teams away?

I've watched a lot of 7A teams this year. BR is the clear favorite for multiple reasons, but number 1 is that nobody has the dudes to slow down their DL in the class.
