I don't actually think there is any racism on the team, which is why I was reluctant to say anything about this before, but just skimming the roster and probably because of a large walk-on program, it looks very white.
remember neb carries a roster size that is approximately 40- 50% larger than most programs
the overwhelming majority of these extra roster spots are filled with never contributors that frankly dilute reps and impede the development of scholarship players, interfere with 1:1 coaching and are a large financial drain
they also greatly skew the demographics of the roster
