Why did you not make any significant coaching changes throughout your 4 years after having losing records every season?

Why did you take the job if you weren't going to hire the staff and do the work to win?

I would ask: With your current record as a coach, how can you be so stubborn to stick with a losing quarterback? Look at Lincoln Riley, he was undefeated this year and made a change for the betterment of the team, not for the individual.

Instead of paying your friends top dollar to coach, do you think you would have been better off hiring a competent staff?

The most successful people delegate and analyze information to improve. Why do you try to do it all yourself. You are only as good as your weakest link and you seem to hold that position.

If you had the opportunity to ask Frost one question, what is it?

Mine: How does it feel to be the worst all-time head football coach at Nebraska?
My question would be is why do you play Adrian Martinez no matter how badly he is playing (If he answered "Because Martinez gives us the best chance to win". I would have followed up by asking Frost then why did he not get a better alternative).

Why did you leave UCF for the pain that is the Husker fandom world of impossible expectations?

Why did you stick with a QB for 4 years and the only thing he could hit was an iceberg???

Why is it so hard to change personnel when not preforming and keeping coaches that are not measuring up

Impossible expectations like not losing to Purdue and Illinois every year, making a bowl game, looking like a competent football team, etc. Nebraska fans can be so unreasonable.

Why do you continue to trot out players when they are struggling? Namely QB and PK?

I'm no longer interested in his answer, btw.

in frost's defense he only had graduate transfers, hs seniors, transfer portals and the jc ranks to choose an adequate qb backup. what do any of us expect? maybe the next qb he sticks with wont be any better, give him a chance.

Frost would of been a legend at UCF with Florida recruits instead of a bust at Nebraska in the Big 10. Frost would of been a better fit if you stayed in the Big 12 and could recruit Texas.

Would you have stayed at UCF if you knew your coaching career at Nebraska would go like this?

This is on point. Any good manager has a backup plan.

My question would be why don’t you hold players accountable with a few exceptions, you changed guys on the offensive line but you still stick with the worst quarterback in modern era and possibly the worst one win loss record ever Why?

Feels great because he gets 20 million if he gets fired. Wish I could get fired from my job and get 20 million, lol.

Bo Pelini accomplished those things and look how that worked out.
