Who came up with the idea to start the WVU/Baylor game at 5:00 P.M. on a Tuesday? Something about a conflict with an NFL playoff game. But there is no NFL game on Tuesday night.

Since they were given the playoff game on Monday night, they bumped whatever was scheduled at 7pm tonight to Tuesday night, thus pushing back the tip time for WVU-Baylor to 5.

TV rules.

Kansas was moved from 7pm Monday to 7pm Tuesday and Baylor/WVU was originally at 7pm Tuesday was moved up to 5pm Tuesday
