The bands you mentioned sold more with ONE album than many of the posers today will sell in a lifetime.

Be more for Down but good choice. Hell they are Husker fans, bet they would rework a song to have Husker lyrics. SA does it with down in Lincoln and Omaha shows.

ACDC sucks. If you're going to go the hard rock route, go Metallica or Pantera.

Hometown band, makes sense. I agree Down is the better song choice.

Fair point. My point was the bands listed - AC/DC, Metallica, G&R, VH and Crue all sold over 100 million albums had multiple multi-platinum selling albums. Not a lot of musicians achieved that - so these were not flash in the pan glam bands (with the exception of Crue going glam on one album).

My favorite ACDC call easily. Not sure why it gets no love. Thunderstruck is not in my top 20 ACDC songs but people love it.

If they want the crowd to tear up the place and scare the hell out of the opponents, play "Killing in the Name Of" by Rage Against the Machine, but if you just want to get people excited...
