Biggest difference from Simmons is the North Surry vs Salisbury game. Simmons has North as an 11 point favorite. Massey seems to think Salisbury surprises the Greyhounds. Obviously Maiden is all eyes on for this matchup to see who we get.

The only other "upset", in which Massey and Simmons agree on, is RS Central over Wilkes Central.

Man I hope Cramer can win next week, it'll be great for our conference, but I'm telling you don't sleep on Bandy's. That record is deceiving. And their QB is legit. They play in a ridiculously tough conference. Did you see their score tonight? Put up over 70. They'll come to Cramer rolling high on confidence. It really should be a great one

And I have the same worry about Cramer that I do Burns. Having to deal with that bye weeks. It just kills your rhythm and teams usually don't play well coming off a bye week, IMO.. Hopefully we can prove that wrong and handle business....

Be really great for our conference for Cramer to beat Bandy's and Hibriten and for Burns to go knock off Brevard. We'll see. Long way to go.

I do honestly think that Burns and Cramer are each gonna be the top of the conference the next 2-3 years. And Lincolnton too. (yes I know there still football to be decided this year).... But I really do thing the next couple years will be fun.....For Cramer, Burns, Shelby & Lincolnton

we got to take care of west stokes first but I think burns could potentially knock Brevard off to they've got some guys banged up hopefully the bye week helps that along with pulling up some of the athletes from jv for depth. they have also had problems with coming out flat at times but when they get rolling they're exciting to watch. As far as defensively they have given up some big plays on the run but make adjustments and shut it down after so defensively i think Brevard is better than some realize. Also 4 of the top 25 leading rushers in the state come from our conference

Burns can worry about Brevard on Saturday. As a fan I hated the bye week for selfish reasons. I just like watching my team play playoff football with the weather and atmosphere. Realistically, we had some banged up and a bye week came at a perfect time. Burns has improved from game 1 and I like the direction they have went in. The funny thing is this is a “rebuilding” year. We return 95% of this team along with a few years of talent coming up.
West Stanly is playing with house money. They went to Lexington and shocked everyone. They are coming to Lawndale to do the same. It’s time to play ball like we know we can and see if we can make a big run.

Them Wolves have a lot returning. Sophomore & Junior class Loaded. Only have 7 Seniors total on the team. Only 3 seniors Start
#2 WR, #44 DL, 57 LG.
Lincolnton had the youngest team in the conference. They have started as many as 8 Sophomores. 6 sophomores have started all year long. I think this League will belong to the Wolves. The next 2-3 years.
If Shelby Don’t find a QB or Someone magically gets a crap ton better. They’ll be in 4th place. Just being Honest. Shelby had 5 Juniors on JV. So it’s hard to base that JV team. When they had a Junior score 3 TD’s against Lincolnton in a 1 point Win against Lincolnton. Shelby’s JV QB isn’t ready for Friday Night Lights. Let’s be Honest. Compared to Farmer. It’s not even a discussion. Not even close. But if Shelby finds a QB. They will be in the Mix Again.

Will be very fun next year Cramer starts 7 juniors and 1 Sophmore on defense and 6 juniors on offense. I know Lincolnton and Burns are very junior/Sophmore heavy as well. Not sure about Shelby but they always seem to reload.

If Brevard and Burns both pull off the 2nd round Brevard will see a hell of a RB in Max Davis at Burns. He's not the only one that runs it so the defense will have to be disciplined and fast to keep up with whoever carries the ball.
