He would be a good get. Was expected to play this coming season. Wouldn't he have to sit out 2 years, though?

That's typically the rule in-conference. You can just about guarantee he won't go to another B1G school because of that.

You sit one year, but lose 2 years of eligibility I believe. Kind of a moot point though as I believe he will end up on the west coast to get closer to home.

He's transferring because of a family issue. Good kid and things where fine between him and Michigan. He played quite a bit last year as a true frosh and will be an outstanding player. He just needs to be closer to home right now. He will end up on the west coast...wots it looks like USC at the moment
