They need to figure out a way to do the interior in two separate off-season phases. Don’t have to worry about the exterior, that doesn’t mean a thing, but if they can do the interior in two separate off-season’s, so we don’t have to lose one there, then that’s how it has to be done in my humble opinion.

Yup. And the cost for other winter sports to rent arenas. What about wrestling? The ticket and food revenue they would lose would be significant.

Also, I wonder if the rented arena will have BTN broadcast capabilities. How would that work?

And who thinks Pike wants to give up our insane home court advantage? How many B1G wins would this cost us? Who thinks the student athletes want to play every game away from campus? And the fans? Attendance would definitely suffer. Considering all of these costs and downsides, why play a whole season on the road?
