I really don't care either way though. We've got the QB I really wanted.

I think this year they are picking based more on potential, not just the 12 best high school football players. Who knows.

I remember not being too impressed with Garrett's stats. Especially considering he had an outstanding RB (to take pressure off the passing game) and an outstanding WR to throw to. I think he'll wind up buried in the LSU depth chart his whole career or transferring down to a I-AA or II school. And assuming we do go on to sign Russell (I think we will) and he doesn't have any injury problems, Garrett wouldn't start here either if he changes his mind again.</p>
