I have 250 teams with 5 wins or a conference champion. I’m missing 3 scores of 4-4 teams last night. We have two matchups of 4-4 teams today, so 4 teams getting in “at large” with 4 wins is the max.

and I was doing all this at 2AM, so it could be completely wrong and totally useless.
Lol
You have way to much free time. 👍
Actually in a few hours we will have the actual playoff parings. 😜

I think 1 4-5 team gets in. And their reward is a trip to MC
😂 so that’s a reward! It’s a joke,. It’s like taking the lamb to slaughter. Its boarder line embarrassing. It will be a blowout if it happens. Well if it does heck they got to play another game that they can talk about the rest of their life’s. I just don’t see the logic.

I rather see a 3-6 or 4-5 team that was competitive vs a tough schedule over a 7-2 team who played a cookie cutter schedule. But if you're that upset about the record of a team then I have an answer for you.9 teams in CPS Conferences not eligible for the playoffs had 6 wins or better.Let those teams in then boom!!!! No losing teams in unless you won your conference. Then you can complain about those CPS that got in.

It's not like there is some evil plan to let 4-5 teams into the playoffs. It's just math... As more teams drop football, or go to 8-man, the 256 teams have to come from somewhere.
Or the size of the playoff field needs to be reduced

Looking at the qualifiers, they are short 2 teams. I am perplexed as to which 4-5 teams get in

Like Bruce said reduce rather than dilute.

You don’t go 4-5. I would rather they look to other conferences to see winning records. Something about losing records being rewarded regardless of who they played. In the regular season you play who is on your schedule. If you win your in, if you lose your out.
