1. have we hired the Syracuse dc for dline coach yet?

2. have we got Caleb hawkins from the portal yet?

3. have we identified who will be the #1 starting qb for NU in 2026 yet?

1) I'm waiting in anticipation as well
2) I had to look it up... teams can start contacting today but the window to sign isn't until Jan 2-16
3) insert benny hill circus music here

I’m concerned about our QB room for next fall.

Not important. Spend 100% of the time and as much of the recruiting budget/NIL as necessary luring the most talented OL and DL to Lincoln ASAP. More than a decade in the B10 and Nebraska still hasn’t learned that success starts on the line of scrimmage.

I agree, but I thought we had a couple good linemen coming back..after emmit we have no rb's, not even on a milk carton

Our incoming freshman back had offers from MIAMI, Wisconsin, and NCState just to name a few. When was the last time we beat Miami for a RB? Miami normally has very good RBs. I think he’ll be fine.

yeah but he's a freshmen.....I'd like to get Michigans qb and Caleb hawkins....that would be a good 1-2 punch with experience

The guy we signed last year had offers from BAMA, INDIANA, MICHIGAN, OLE MISS..... He's no longer even on the roster without playing a snap. Don't worry though, if you hype every hs running back, you are bound to hit on one eventually.

3.) Dylan Raiola. He's the best we have.

I’m going all in…
1). Yes, absolutely!
2). Yes, absolutely!
3). Yes, absolutely!

1). It was all about risk. Coaching Position and Money were there with all serious Suiters.

Major Factor: Risk
Job Security is better Fit at LSU. Kiffin has years to produce, Rhule not so much.

Relationship with Rhule wins out. He’s Nebraska bound.

2). I don’t know who this is, but heck ya…it’s a done deal.

3). It’s all taken care of…Raiola followed by Lateef and a proven, mobile QB from the portal.

And all with money to spare.

Merry Christmas!
