According to 2014-15 Duke Men's Basketball Wikipedia page it says that we were #1 for the final week in the Coaches Poll and that the AP doesn't release a poll at the end of the season.

No problem...I didn't know the AP didn't put out a new poll after the last week of the season until I checked out this year's teams Wikipedia page to if it had been updated after we won on Monday...it was I believe either Tuesday or Wednesday when I checked so I went back and checked again after I saw your post to make sure I was right before I responded so I wouldn't give you bad info.

I really don't know what Duke does as far as hanging banners. I know they'll hang Final Four, NCAA Championsnip and ACC Championship banners but other than that I don't know what other types of banners they hang

I know we have a 2006 AP #1 banner and that's why I thought they did it before the tourney but Fl kinda came out of no where I guess and didn't get number 1? Not sure. And I'm with you on the broom! Haha

I find it interesting that TWO voters selected Kentucky as the #1 team in the final Coaches Poll. Perhaps they were the most talented, but I don't believe they were the best team. I never thought Kentucky was invincible as many people claimed - they had already escaped defeat a good five or six times before the Wisconsin game.

I don't know. I'm just going off this year's team Wikipedia page and it said that the AP doesn't release a poll after the final week of the season. Maybe they used to release a final poll but stopped doing it.
