3 Floyd's snags Surly's founding brewer

The guy behind Surly's most iconic brews is headed to 3 Floyd's. This is an interesting story about the world of high-stakes, heavily-capitalized major craft breweries. He had no ownership in Surly and they had recently fired his wife, who had led the food side of the massive new Minneapolis beer hall. 3 Floyd's is still expanding, with a distillery and probably a massive beer hall of their own in Chicago someday soon.

That is awesome! I recently visited Surly and thought it was some good stuff (their Helles is awesome). 3Floyds is some good stuff too! Gorch Fock is fan-friggin-tastic
