Exactly, you take those players away and Indiana still sucks, Nebraska needs to get in the free agent market get a top running back and receivers
A Nebraska team that can't run the ball or stop the run. The program, administration, BOR, everyone should go. They've been fleecing fans for too many years.
Frankly at this point all decision makers for the past 20 years should be held criminally liable for ripping off the fan base while getting rich.

They have better players. And definitely more athletic. I hope you’re not arguing that fact. Our guys are slow and not athletic. A few are barn doors for size which I get in the BIG, but we’ll never get the wr or rb at a high level unless it’s a grad transfer or whatever. We can’t recruit and have t been able to in 25 years. It ain’t changing folks. Only gonna get worse.
We will soon be 5-3. That is average. Improvement of the years of 3-4 or 2-5. Or 1-6 like frosts first year
It's almost like taking your culture from one program to another sets up the potential for early and possible continued success.

I think at season’s end, Satterfield should be evaluated. But then Maybe Tony White also? Our Defense today made Indiana look better than the scoreboard indicates. The Defense is not tackling anymore and has given up. I still maintain we don’t have the players to be a better team.
They have the same body language as the Illinois game , you could tell after the first drive we were in trouble
It's funny that you think we can reach Ohio State, Georgia or Oregons level without paying alot of money to great players. As far as coaching, IDK because this is only the 2nd game I have watched this year. we definitely got outcoached today but I also see a big lack of talent. The fact Gifford is your starting Safety tells me all I need to know about the talent on Nebraska's defense.

They certainly are not 49-7 better talent than us. This is coaching. Keep telling yourself we just need to recruit better if it makes you feel good.

Defense was SHOCKINGLY bad today. But I think TW has shown enough to get an opportunity to fix some of this. We need better players on the back end and better pass rushers. (Overall) But then again, if you only watched this game you would think we need better players across the board. Very very disappointing…
It's cringey when people say we have more talent than a team beating us by 40+...I don't see much talent, other than a raw DR. This team is so bereft of talent, I'm not even sure where to start, every position needs a giant talent upgrade, most notably on the lines and LB....guys were just embarassing today.

Okay. So what's your point? We're getting our *** kicked by MAC players. Do we need better players then?
Yes they do. Indiana scores on the opening drive. All game their Offense made it look easy. Even up 49 - 7, Indiana is playing like it is 7 - 7 and the game is on the line. Motivation level and want to is just on a different level than our Huskers. Maybe some of that is coaching but I think it’s more about Dudes pushing themselves and each other every day to be better. If a player has to rely on a coach to motivate them, then they’ve lost already!
He needs to set his feet. He needs a lot of footwork. Of course when you have no time to throw or set your feet, it is hard.

I thought UCLA would be the Huskers 6 th win. Maybe not. They have put up 35 points on Rutgers. Huskers could only manage 14 points.
