Just look at the two teams. One the defense is putting pressure on the quarterback, the D is in position to make plays, the receivers are making catches, the runners are breaking tackles and the other team is doing the opposite. Why is everyone on the Husker team bumbling and stumbling? Total mental and physical breakdown. Rhule has to look long and hard in the mirror after this one.

A Nebraska team that can't run the ball or stop the run. The program, administration, BOR, everyone should go. They've been fleecing fans for too many years.
Or we continue to take whoever will come here. Mid 3* U is our claim to fame and it’s not changing. We look like we run in sand. We need to move to the Mountain West where we could win 8 games or so.
Who gonna ask them. Nebraska media is as soft as this defense. I want someone to ask how cig was able to manage his roster so well. And you (Rhule) blew it.
Not True at all. New Era in College Football. Pay 40 to 50 million for a team, Nebraska can be great again. But they will never do that.

Why the f does Satt get the ball to Barney and Lloyd along the sidelines? Wouldn't you want them getting the ball over the middle? Satt is just perplexing, needs to be left in Indiana.
It really isn’t an anomaly this year. UNI pushed us around and they’re terrible. Illinois abused us. Rutgers gave us that W and got screwed on one goal line play that looked clearly like a TD to me. Our D isn’t what many thought.
I’m not sure what DR has been seeing that has prevented him from taking deep shots.
Well I disagree. I do believe that the game plan was lousy for today (especially on Defense) but we simply don’t have enough talent. The players that we do have don’t have the mental toughness and want to in order to over-achieve.
As much as some would want this entire staff fired, it is really a bad idea. And thankfully won’t happen. The bad hires have already set this program back. And the only thing that can help this program is some long term continuity. Depending on how this seasons goes some position coaches should be evaluated at seasons end.
Well yeah, technically. But this is the type of loss that can make your team lose faith. Rhule has some tough decisions to make, can’t keep Satterfield another year, and we an influx of talent on defense. This was a horrendous performance by the defense, but I think TW has shown enough (not today) to believe we can be a good defense.
But overall, I’m shocked at how bad they’ve played and how unprepared they’ve looked. I thought the defense would play well, boy was I wrong. Don’t know how you can be so inept coming off a bye week with everything on the line? How?
I was hoping for a different result, but sadly, not surprised by this one. I’m not surprised anymore when NU plays lot hot garbage.
