Actually Nebraska except for the one turnover hasn’t played terrible they are just outmatched the defense has struggled but they’ve carried this team from Minnesota they held Colorado for almost 3 quarters

Nebraska needs to go back to the Big 12. It’s been like this in the B1G since 2011.

If Rhule had all of Michigan's talent he'd look a lot better. The Frost years were the worst since the 1950's and early 60's and it shows on the field. Jimmy H is a pretty good coach, not too many beat him lately.
You need to include Riley so we have almost eight years of crappy recruiting actually could go back to Bo he never get players to fit into the big 10

You should include Pelini's years too. He left the cupboard bare when he left.

Time will tell, but I have my doubts.
Of course you do. Rhule is the first guy we’ve had in over a decade who runs a professional organization. Nobody should expect a head coach to get us back to Osborne levels anytime soon but getting back to Pelini win levels will come.

This is what happens when you fire 9-win coaches thinking you can find someone better.
Is there any way to truly change the crap losing culture? We change coaches and players, and nothing changes. Stupid penalties, stupid coaching, everyone goes out of their way to just make losing plays. Are we just destined to be the Cubs/Raiders for decades???

The tackling today on defense has been tremendously disappointing. That was one thing they had seemed to do well entering today's game and today it's been non-existent.

Trashing Rhule and staff this early is BS. We knew going in his first year sucks, second year gets better, and third year is a winner. How many years did it take Harbaugh to get Michigan going?

There is no question that we need to be patient. However in all earnestness, do you see progress? Do you see things being done the right way that says this organization is getting better. It is so difficult because the fundamentals were so bad coming off of the Frost years. Today aside which we all knew would be not great, I just was hoping to see more progress faster.

Michigan didn’t dominate any of their previous 4 opponents like they have NU from the start. And all 4 of those games were at Michigan.
They have the best O line in the country and one of the best D lines. Last year’s starting QB got beat out and starts for Iowa this year. They have huge numbers of high level returning starters all over the field. We do not and Niw that Harbaugh is off of suspension they’re hitting on cylinders. I think they win out.

Well, since the program was rotting from the inside out for 8 years, it should be no surprise that the turnaround will take longer than 5 weeks.

The key is what happens from here on out. All 7 games left are winnable. Losable too. But I want to see the team get better/

I believe Harbaugh was 10-3 in his first year at Michigan after taking over a team that was 5-7 the previous year.
