That was an awful play by the safety on that side. That we should have been blown up when the ball got there.
I was told he's allegedly a future pro pass rusher and the opponent is basically exclusively passing.
I don’t think it would make any difference, but why does it seem our opponents always drop a dime on us with a crazy deep pass right in the bucket despite tight coverage??

No clue, but they do look like they are faster and more athletic than North Dakota.
Man coverage only works if you have athletes whom know how to actually cover and tackle.
Instead this D plays a deranged ugly version of flag football zone; where tackling doesn't exist but arm tackles are a thing.
