It's not so simple that the fake punt worked and so it was a good call and the FG didn't so it's a bad call. It's a bad call because you're turning down points to make it a 2 touchdown game. The punt, if missed, still gives your defense the ability to keep them from scoring. I'd rather just have gone for it with our offense if for some reason you don't think you can make the FG

I actually don’t hate the fake FG call generally insofar as Rhule is letting them have fun and has zero confidence in kicking team. I do hate running Buschini to the short side as the fake concept.

I hate the call because it was so close and theres no way BC has a full block call on. Need to kick it there.

I feel pretty strongly that we’re not going to win this game. It’s unfortunate cause we could use the good juju that comes with a win at the end of the year. I will give Matt credit for one thing though. He has definitely got the team up to play. I think the effort is excellent. It’s just that we always tend lose these games.
