Please use this for all pre-game, in-game, and post-game discussion of the 2026 PSU - Michigan game.

As I posted previously, I'm on a mini-vacation, and have a wedding to attend late this afternoon, so I'm likely to miss the entire game.

Please show respect for other posters in the thread, as well as respect for the players in today's contest.

Hopefully, PSU turns things around this afternoon.

Crappy and rainy here in FL so I’m resigned to watch another probable loss. Otherwise I would be out doing something like taking a bike ride.

The graphic on this page says we have a 34% chance to win. Does anybody believe that?

The betting line is 6.5 pts. Does anybody believe that we can keep it a one score game?

Yeah, I wouldn't be shocked if it's a one score game. Has Michigan impressed you?
Wouldn't be shocked if we lost big either but why can't it be close?

Michigan has scored about 33 points in 2 conference games. I don't think beating them is the impossible dream. They were held to 7 points by Western Michigan.

Honestly, we've been eliminated from playoff contention--just watch the game and try to enjoy it. If we win, that's great--we can brag about beating Michigan. If we lose, we're no worse off than we were before the game.

They also beat Oklahoma who beat Texas.

This isn't the level we usually expect from Michigan but they are physical and will be difficult to run on them. The only receiver we have with any toughness is Sowell.

So they beat Oklahoma, who beat Texas, who beat Ohio State. A victory vs these stumble bums and the BWICAC will declare excellence at the highest level and a national championship.
Or Co Championship with Western Michigan. 😉

Still not convinced OU is very good
Rivalry games create weird outcomes
Plus Texas now looks--mid

Hard to complain about a 9 minute drive but that last three plays were abysmal. Sowell and the TEs get you down there and nothing called for any of them?

PSU's entire season is now in "4 down territory". Why throw the ball with an inaccurate passer twice from the 5 yard line instead of loading the line and running it 3 times.

Throwing it from the 5 works in the NFL. In CFB, not as much.
