A side story to Calcavecchia getting tossed from Augusta the other day for using his cell phone.
He gets free booze w/ his (now former) honorary entry and was up there with a few other members at our club (...and staff). They were just going to take his phone from him, but he was hammered and had something to say about it, so he got the boot.

Rory McIlroy leads by 6 shots to set 36-hole record at Masters
Rory McIlroy closed with six birdies over his last seven holes to finish at 7-under 65 and push his lead to six shots on Friday, the largest at the Masters after 36 holes.

McIlroy seems to be feeling the pressure today. Just double bogeyed to go to one over for the rd and minus 11 for the tournament. 4 guys within 2 shots, one of those 1 behind.
Ok so we have a final round. Whoever in top 10 shoots 64-67, wins. Rory had two of those already, doubt he gets a third.

Scoring is there now and players have broken through the mystique of Augusta when the have sand wedge to 9 iron in. Justin rose shot 6 under last year final round to come from behind but at 44 didn’t have the fire power in the end. These other guys do.
Reed cost himself unless he shoots 63. So many missed short putts. Burns too could have been a couple
More under gas a chance and best case not playing with Rory.
Think we can throw that stat out as players are just so close to the green now with approach shot.
lol shooting a 73 at Augusta is far from a choke. He is still tied for lead. The masters is tough to win.Loved the Rory choke job yesterday, lets hope it continues
My classmate Linda Rodriguez shamed me out of that kind of behavior when I was nine years old.

That was a really great Masters to watch. Rory hitting driver on 18 was completely stupid, but it worked out. Sorry that it didn't go to a playoff with Scottie. It was so nice to not have to see, or hear about Tiger for the first time in so many years. Golf was enjoyable to watch again.
