Wyoming isn’t going to win one today.

[cb1994]

I mean this is one of the more dominant performances I’ve seen. What a treat!

[Tom McAndrew]

184: Carter Starocci vs. Ethan Ducca (ED)

Ducca is a 174 lber that moved up for this match. Not a good recipe for him.

Per 1
CStar in on a single and gets the TD, 3-0. CStar tilts him, gets 4 NF, then ED rolls thru, 7-0. CStar tilts him again, and gets the PIN, @ 1:38

43-0, PSU

This is getting predictable…get a takedown, work the back for 4 and then pin. Yawn

[cb1994]

Oh that would have been just a textbook cradle pin there from Barr. Got it on the follow up but man that was nice.

[BlueAndWhite86]

Another FALL !!!!

[gpsu88]

Is there a record for shortest meet? This one isn’t taking long

[Tom McAndrew]

197: Josh Barr vs. Brant Whitaker (BW)

Per 1
Barr gets behind and gets the TD, 3-0. BW gets away for the esc, 3-1. Barr in quickly for another TD, 6-1. Barr looked for a cradle, can't get it, and gives up the esc, 6-2. Barr with a TD, and then to a cradle for 3+4. Then a TD and the PIN @ 1:48!!!

49-0, PSU

[Karl_Havok]

This is one of the more brutal beat downs I’ve seen since Cael came to Penn State.

He has not yet.

Still a chance to match last year’s 55-0 kilting of ‘boro.

Close, but not quite.

Still a chance to match last year’s 55-0 kilting of ‘boro.

That was close.

[Tom McAndrew]

285: Greg Kerkvliet vs. Kevin Zimmer (KZ)

246 vs. 250.2

Per 1
Kerk gets behind for the TD, 3-0. He cuts KZ, 3-1. Kerk snaps down and gets behind for the TD, 6-1. He cuts KZ, 6-2. Kerk with another TD, 9-2. Kerk throws in a boot and flattens KZ. KZ works to his base, and he's out, 9-3. Kerk in on an ankle and gets behind for the TD, 12-3. He's working a 2-on-1 and trying to tilt, and does so, and gets 4 NF, 16-3. End.

Per 2
KZ takes bottom. Kerk nearly tilts him, nothing. Then Kerk does tilt and gets 4 NF and a 20-3 TF @ 3:28!!!

54-0, PSU

Well, that was quick. I was hoping for more wrestling to chew up time before the Eagles-Steelers game.

[Parks22]

Is there a record for shortest meet? This one isn’t taking long

There was one maybe 2 or 3 years ago that was right at an hour. I drove an hour and 15 min to get there.

[Adler01]

Hope Most Stick around for the WVB at 8:30 in Rec Hall. Win and they go to the Final 4. Match on ESPN or the Big Ten Network.

[FrankTanks]

Wow! I know Wyoming’s 2 best wrestlers didn’t make the trip, but they usually have a pretty solid squad every year and they just got bonused at every weight in just over an hour. Yikes!!!

206th win at PSU by CS

[Tryingtodoitright]

Thanks for the PBP guys! Wow, what a team this year..!

[Tom McAndrew]

that's a wrap from me. One of the easier duals to do PBP on that I can remember

[WV lion]

Yeah i always try to ignore it knowing it's just students that get thrown in trying their best. But damn. This one is worse than normal. Did they just try to send us to the break after 4 matches?

They has to be some student in the appropriate major with wrestling knowledge.

[hohmadw1978]

Was at the Match. Total domination!

Nice crowd despite snow falling starting at 2 pm.

Really impressed by Luke at 125. He is extremely quick.

Interestingly, Ironhead pretty much same the same thing on the postgame show. His line was something like, "I thought they could have put the 10 names in a hat and picked any of them."

Either go with the fastest pin or whoever won the last dodgeball game.
